PG&E Test Launch of ReMAT online platform

ReMAT Feed-in Tariff PG&E initiated the Test Launch of its ReMAT online platform at 9am August 20. The Test Launch will continue until 5pm on August 30, as per the schedule outlined below. The purpose of the Test Launch is to familiarize potential Applicants with the online platform and solicit valuable feedback from potential Applicant before the platform is finalized and launched. PG&E strongly encourages all those interested in ReMAT to participate in the Test Launch. Please see the following link for information regarding the Test Launch and to access the ReMAT online platform: https://pge.accionpower.com/ReMAT/home.asp . For reference, the presentations and audio files for both webinars conducted by PG&E can be found on PG&E’s webpage: www.pge.com/rfo/remat . Participation will give you an opportunity to familiarize yourself with the online platform, including the process of creating and submitting Program Participation Requests (PPRs – i.e. applications) and participating in Program Periods. It is not necessary to have complete and accurate information on your proposed project to participate in the Test Launch, so do not be deterred from participating if you do not yet have all the information required for your project (the Test Launch will help you understand what information you need). Please note, however, that the Test Launch is not intended to be an accurate representation of how PG&E will review PPR information and materials submitted. Any PPR Deemed Complete for the purposes of the Test Launch may not necessarily be Deemed Complete during an actual ReMAT review period. Schedule for Test Launch : Date (2013) Event (all times in Pacific Time) August 20 – 21 (Tuesday to Wednesday) - 9:00 am: Test Launch will begin at 9:00 am on August 20 th – Participants to register as an Applicant and submit PPRs - The sequence of ReMAT Queue Numbers for PPRs submitted by August 20 th 5:00 pm will be randomized - 5:00 pm: All PPRs must be submitted by 5:00 pm on August 21 st August 22 – 26 (Thursday to Monday) PG&E will review PPRs and identify deficiencies, as appropriate for testing purposes August 27 (Tuesday) Applicants should finish curing any outstanding deficiencies August 28 (Wednesday) - PG&E completes review of cured/resubmitted PPRs - 3:00 pm: A test Program Period will begin at 3:00 pm - 3:00 pm: User feedback survey released at 3:00 pm August 29 (Thursday) 12:00 pm: Applicants accept or not accept price in test Program Period by noon August 30 (Friday) 5:00 pm: User feedback survey results due by5:00 pm
